GoogleTBA properly proved to be much more than an estate agent. Not only did they find a buyer for my house within the first week it was on the market, the way in which they led me through to completion was remarkable. They helped me find me a superb solicitor to deal with the paperwork (it meant that we had exchanged and completed within two months from the first viewing) and they also secured a superb company to deal with the moving. Whilst both those things were plus points, Tobias, MD of TBA property, commissioned an oil painting of the house that he sold to give to me as a present. He knew the house meant a great deal to me. It was the icing on the cake and made a difficult and emotional move, bearable. I cannot recommend TBA property highly enough.

GoogleWe were really pleased to have met Adam. He and TBA are a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other larger corporate agencies out there that we've used previously. Adam provided a first class personalised service and was flexible enough to carry out viewings at all times of the day and evening including weekends. He was far more proactive than other agencies and also more realistic in terms of current market rents.
