GoogleCouldn't be more pleased with my decision to use TBA Property. We had a very short timescale to find a tenant during the festive period. They weren't the cheapest option available, but you definitely get what you pay for. Responsive, communicative and just simply perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything else from them. A breath of fresh air compared to other agents I have used over the years. 5 stars and more!

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

GoogleA big thank you to the TBA team and more particularly to George, for their professionalism, patience and kindness. We moved from Paris to London in good hands and with the real feeling of being helped / supported during the various remote processes. We obviously recommend this agency which was by far the best we visited in London. Thank you guys! Max & Kelly

GoogleTobias managed our move to E3. He was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Sold us a terrific house, without being pushy or zealous (which was really refreshing). Post moving in Tobias dealt with snagging issues fast, as they arose, sending in the craftsmen who built the property to adjust it and talk us through the issues. We’re super happy with the house and feel like Tobias has our back.

GoogleProfessional and trustworthy, it was a pleasure to deal with George at TBA. I was working in Prague and he visited the apartment to give me a virtual walkthough tour in real time. All the paperwork was completed remotely, and the whole process was very quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.
