The Bespoke Agent London reviews

Adam has been tenacious but patient and professional in his pursuit of an opportunity to help with the sale or letting of my penthouse apartment. When the right time for me came, he quickly assembled all the details to create a high quality marketing package and lined up viewings within days. We secured a potential tenant very quickly and Adam was honest and open in getting the best overall deal for me, not just any deal to bag a commission. He is highly professional and highly likeable, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

It's hard to know where to start... My husband and I had been trying to buy a new house for two years and everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong! We came across TBA as they had exactly the kind of properties we were looking for - and our luck turned around. We visited our perfect home in early November 2020 and by Christmas we had completed and moved in. Thank you so much Adam. We're unbelievably grateful and couldn't recommend you and TBA highly enough.

Throughout the entire process of purchasing my flat, James was in constant communication with myself with regular updates and was always available anytime I called. He had made the buying process completely smooth sailing the entire time. Without a doubt the best agent I have dealt with. Couldn't recommend James and TBA enough for anyone wanting to buy or sell in London.

Toby and his team at TBA have been excellent partners throughout the process. They were proactive, informed and had a clear plan for what needed to be done - as a result we sold our property within ten days. Toby was hands on until the end, keeping the process moving and making sure nothing was left dangling. I'd use them again.

We have had an amazing experience with TBA - specifically Charlotte as she helped us with the process of signing a lease on a property we love. From the moment we met to the signing of the lease, the experience was professional, friendly and incredibly efficient.

Tobias was great at arranging for me to see the property at very short notice and then managing the process to exchange and completion. He kept me up to date with all the issues that needed to be resolved before we could complete and made would could be a very stressful experience, an much happier one! Thanks Tobias.

Highly recommend TBA Property and their services for renting a property. The whole process was swift and very transparent. Communication was fantastic, management was very hands-on and I felt my move was a priority to George and I was in very good hands at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend George and his team to anyone who is currently in the market.

Although Toby was not our agent (as we were buying), it is fair to say that we would not have been successful without Toby - thank you for your marathon efforts! Through Toby, we found a unique property, fairly priced.

Great experience with TBA, they really differentiate themselves not only with the properties instructed on - which are all unique, but also with the way they deal with people transparently, quickly and personally. George did a great job of keeping us in the loop and making the process stress free. Thanks George!

James and Adam at TBA helped us find our new apartment in London after we decided to change things up a bit after lockdown. They were highly responsive, professional and worked hard to find us what we wanted. TBA has a great roster of high-end and characterful properties which they took us around. They were great to deal with at all times, thoughtful and genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for, and - importantly - not in the slightest bit pushy (notwithstanding what I assume is a challenging market at present)! Would recommend. Deba and Jen

Our experience with TBA Property has been fantastic. There are no other agents who have the contacts, depth of knowledge or professionalism of TBA. Adam and team have made our move so seamless and helped ease any nervouseness about leasing our property out. We would not hesitate to use them again! Thoroughly recommend to anyone in East London.

Extremely frustrating experience. We attempted to schedule a flat viewing for nearly a month. Despite calling the agency numerous times, the agents repeatedly promised to call us back. Unfortunately, they never followed through, not even once. This lack of communication and professionalism is highly disappointing.

As a search agent I found TBAproperty highly responsive and proactive with regard to the search. They listened to the clients requirements and only suggested properties that fully matched the search criteria. Through the negotiations Adam and the team were swift to answer any questions raised. Thank you.

Adam has been my angel this past month or so. He and his team have been by far the most responsive and effective agents I have worked with in my role as a relocation agent. I would happily recommend their services to anyone looking to let or sell based on the positive experience I've had with them. Top notch!
