GoogleSW19 have been excellent from start to finish with regard to the sale of our house. They managed a whopping 17 viewings in one week and then the 7 separate offers that followed. Their advice and honestly was much appreciated. Once an offer had been accepted by us their in-house sales progression manager Michelle took over and liaised with both solicitors to ensure that things moved forward in a timely manner. She definitely removed all the stress usually associated with selling a house! Highly recommended.

GoogleLandlords and tenants beware! This agency has a terrible reputation for a reason. Avoid at all costs. They are rude (even for London)- hostile and offer appalling service. They will not help landlords with any problems. They lie. Nobody responds to property management issues and when they do they are hostile and rude. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

GoogleWe've just sold our property through the team at SW19. From start to finish the team had all visited the property ahead of advertising, knew the market area and weren't your usual shiny suit fresh out of school sales advisor! We were keen to get a good price so it did take a little longer to sell, however we worked together to ensure we got the value we needed. Like any sale, it has its high's and low's. Michelle lead the after sale and was extremely helpful, communicative and reactive to ensure the chain progressed to get the sale over the line. GoogleI'd not rented a property for c25 years when I came to SW19 c3 years ago. I was very apprehensive but my experience was 100% positive. Staff are all friendly, professional, helpful and efficient and any issues are always dealt with swiftly - even the loss of power at 10pm on a Friday night. It was an all round positive experience - quite sad to have now bought my own place.

GoogleWe sold our property in February 2020 with SW19. I would highly recommend the team there. I was very impressed with the service, communication was great and I found them open and honest. They quickly built a good relationship with us and worked hard to get us the best outcome. They understood that our flat was a bit of a different proposition and marketed it accordingly. They were great at answering any questions we had and giving advice on the best way forward. Next time I sell a property in Wimbledon I will definitely use SW19. I have complete confidence in their expertise and knowledge, coupled with the fact they are friendly and genuine. GoogleDisgusting behaviour, unethical, condescending and untrustworthy. -Updated- (Scroll down to the bottom of this review) When It became increasingly difficult to contact SW19, emails were seldom returned, members of staff mysteriously 'unavailable' when we called, out of frustration we decided to terminate their services, giving an explanation and due notice as required by our contract. HOWEVER, SW19 got incredibly spiteful about this, attempting to violate the contract. Sending a series of 'bullying' emails aimed at forcing us to breach the contract. When we refused to violate the terms (as instructed by our Lawyer at the time), they threatened to stop all work on our account. Below are just some of the the issues we had with them. 1) Fake information on the tenancy agreement. The contact details of our tenants were not real, at no point did SW19 inform us of any updates to the tenants, their details or tenancy agreement. When we requested the correct info of who was actually living in our property, they refused to provide it. At this point we had to report them to the police. 2) Deducting Management fees (11%) in January and refusing to provide any management services. 3) Taking money out of the rent without informing us, apparently for 'works', (which we had already paid for), then being pretty difficult to get a hold of when we demanded it refunded. 4) We received emails from the Directors (you have to read these), insulting us, calling us stupid when we found out about SW19's previous court case. They had bought a competitors domain name and redirected it to hard core 'adult' sites. Got caught, and fined by the courts. We were dismayed when we found out, but it did give us an insight into the morals / ethics of SW19. Be very careful with these guys, there's a reason they've been reported to the police and the PRS (Property Redress Scheme)! -Update- When PRS contacted SW19, shortly after, I received a call from Director 'HV', who stated PRS had been in contact, he then apologised for what had occurred and agreed to return the money owed for January (management fees). I accepted his apology, and the money has since been refunded back to us.

FacebookWe found them to be untrustworthy, bullies and highly unprofessional. Their past exploits with people shocked us, on one occasion, they were taken to court and fined thousands of pounds over illegal and unethical acts. For us they breached the contract, took money from us, stopped providing management services, sent us insulting emails and refused us access to the tenants 'real' information. In fact the contact details of most of the people on the tenancy agreement they sent us didn't exist?? Very puzzling ... They have since been reported to the police and the Property Redress Scheme. Be very careful with these guys, all that glitters isn't gold. Do your research before signing anything and double check every invoice you receive from them. Also we notice that they have a disturbing practice of trying to silence honest reviews, only leaving ones that give them a 'glowing' 4/5 stars. Terrible behaviour all round.
