GoogleSW19 were absolutely brilliant. I set out a fairly steep challenge of selling my house in 2 weeks and we got it under offer in around 10 days before going live online. I cant fault any of the team from Andy, Rita, Stephen and Michelle they were all brilliant. If you want an estate agent who knows the area and the buyers to match then don't waste your time with some of the larger chains go with SW19 and they wont let you down.

GoogleI instructed SW19 to sell my property following an unsuccessful period with a well known online only estate agents. I found the online experience to be challenging in a difficult post Brexit vote London market.
Luke spoke to me directly at the outset and immediately put me at ease. I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me to sell my property and was clearly proud of his business. I found this a welcome contrast to the pushy approach of some other agents. Luke was realistic about the asking price I should set and gave me good advice, supporting with real evidence and experience. I also felt that the commission and conditions SW19 offered was far superior to competitors and was a key differentiator. I felt like we were working together to sell my property.
His team worked well, keeping me informed throughout. They found me a buyer and played a key role in negotiating a satisfactory price for both parties. I also felt happy that they had found me a buyer who genuinely loved my property and was committed to the purchase. This proved to be key when a few weeks later the person at the bottom of the chain pulled out. The SW19 team who were also selling my buyers property resold it within a week and kept the chain together. I thought this was a great example of their expertise and buyers list in the Wimbledon area. The team kept me informed throughout a stressful period.
Finally when we progressed towards completion we were working towards a deadline for school places. The team at SW19 worked tirelessly to ensure we achieved the deadline, bringing together the different parties and supporting solicitors with resolution of issues. I turkey believe if it were not for the hard work of SW19 then we would not have completed in time for the deadline and that without their personal committed approach that the chain would have fallen through. They were a true credit to their profession and an example of how it is possible for traditional estate agents to offer better value than online competitors, without resorting to the pushy exploitative tactics of some of the larger agents. I would not hesitate to recommend SW19 to everyone and would certainly use them again if selling in the area. I felt the service they gave me was of the highest standard of quality and was delivered at a very competitive price with a personal touch. Thank you so much SW19 team!!! Best of luck for the future.

GoogleI have moved quite a lot of times in the past few years and never actually took the time to write a review of any agency I've dealt with, either because the experience was not great or it just wasn't worth mentioning. This time though it just feels right to do so.
As any moving can be, I was facing a very challenging and stressful time up until the very last minute, when a miracle just fell from the sky and I got lucky enough to have SW19 by my side. Their professionalism, humanity and responsiveness are something I never encountered or imagined to experience with any letting agencies out there. A special mention goes to Stephen who, from the very beginning, has been extremely helpful and kind, making sure everything would go smoothly and being there at all time, even out of working hours, for any concern I had. I can't thank him enough for making this possible, as I know couldn't be happier with the place I live in and this extraordinary agency I know wish to be mine for a very long time.

GoogleHaving had some negative experience with estate agent, I had decided to sell our house using an online agent and do most of the work myself. However, by chance, I met Rita from SW19 and she was so friendly and competent, that I decided to give estate agents one last chance. I'm so happy that I made this decision!
The whole team at SW19 worked very hard and the level of professionalism and service was exceptional, not to mention how friendly, patient and nice they all were.
Andrew in particular, went far and beyond to close the deal. He even arranged a face-to-face meeting with the buyers, and worked long hours to make sure we all had all the information that we needed.
One element that sets SW19 apart from other agents is their sales progression service. Unlike most other agents, they actually have a dedicated person (Michelle, in our case), who is responsible to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all parties are being updated regularly. With other agents, I've always had to call and hope that my agent happens to be in the office. Having Michelle running everything behind the scenes saved us a lot of time and stress and the transaction went very smoothly.

GoogleA tricky sale in a testing market was finally achieved. Keeping us apprised of issues with 2 awkward Conveyancing agents was key and offering to resolve various issues to ease the sale was much appreciated.
We were dealing remotely (from Thailand!) for much of the sale process. Ready communication by email and WhatsApp with some messages being taken by Luke at 'O' Dark Hundred' was quite extraordinary and done with the greatest of consideration and good nature. And Michelle's regular updates and prompting of the Conveyancing agents was key to smoothing the various lumps and bumps in the road that they presented.
Overall, a professional, dedicated Team and one whom we highly recommend.
