They were dedicated, knowledgeable and great at keeping things moving throughout the process. GoogleStrickland, although an online agent, was literally on my doorstep! Terence and Jamie helped me to navigate the whole complex and stressful selling process. They were always available to deal with issues and offer support. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about going with them to sell my property due to the small size of the agency but I needed not have worried! They have the experience and contacts to market and sell the property. Viewings and offers were soon coming in. Their work ethics and standards are second to none throughout the whole process. I’m so glad that I chose them. It’s the personal touch (they printed important documents for the transaction when my printer wasn’t working) that I really appreciated and they always returned my calls or gave updates as agreed. They worked really hard to move the chain along, chasing solicitors, other agents, often went beyond the call of duty, responding timely to queries and messages etc. They are super professionals yet friendly and down to earth, very dependable and greatly responsive, a real pleasure to work with. Thank you both for all your hard work and the last great push to get the transaction over the line. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Strickland.

Firstly really nice guys, always available for a chat and were positive and pro-active throughout the process. These guys went above and beyond for us and I would recommend them highly.

As a first time buyer, I couldn’t have been more happier to have worked with Strickland. Absolute pleasure to work with. A breath of fresh air to the estate agencies. I had a pleasure of dealing with them for 6months and I don’t think I would have been able to complete my house purchase had it not been for their pro-activity , response, professionalism and transparency. GoogleWe decided on Stricklands based on a word of mouth recommendation, 2 things clinched the deal - their company name is similar to my surname 🤓 but more importantly they gave me great confidence they could deliver; and they did. They are both knowledgable, transparent and quick to respond to all concerned in the process. Full marks! I have already recommended them to a friend wary of big chains driven by commission with great success. I wish them well.
