GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from first viewing to completion. We were first time buyers and our solicitors were completely useless - but Jamie and Terence guided us through the whole process from start to finish; nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend more!

GoogleVery good estate agent. Achieved a good price for my home, in a challenging market. Good photos and presentation on social media, always easy to get hold of and quick to respond, did a good job of driving the sales process forward, particularly when there were complications between the solicitors. Highly recommend.

GoogleI have been renting apartments in both South East and South West London for a fair few years and even from the first call I made to view the property with Terence & Jamie it felt so much upbeat and they took an interest in me and my situation. Usually you get the same robotic estate agents reeling questions off to you and you cant wait to get off the phone. Their fees were great and as a tenant its an estate agent that I would actually want to rent from. Im not usually one for reviews but, they met me on a Friday night at 7:30pm, with keys and a welcome gift for my new apartment and I was very grateful. Strickland & Co come highly recommended.

YellTerence & Jamie were AMAZING
I originally met Jamie for the valuation of my property after I had a bad experience with a larger agency I have to admit I was expecting just the same from yet another ‘typical’ estate agent. However with it being a recommendation i was open to the idea. From the very first moments I was told that I would be treated like a person and not a sale figure on a spreadsheet, exactly what I felt with the bigger agency. I opted to use Strickland & Co and as the process began, I met Terence and I started to feel like they both cared about me and my home, they demonstrated they were far from 'typical'. They set up a WhatsApp group where all three of us could talk, give updates and book in viewings so there were never any crossed wires. I used to get updates on Sundays too! I cannot express how streamlined the whole process was from start to finish and although it was a professional relationship it was great dealing with them as they were always friendly and gave me honest advice with no BS.

GoogleSo glad that we found Strickland. We had previously tried to sell our flat with a high street agent but found that many of the viewings were not suitable and we were often prioristed lower than house viewings. Strickland ensured only serious buyers viewed, provided detailed feedback and once we had an offer, did everything they could to ensure a speedy completion. Thanks guys!

GoogleJamie and Terence are very knowledgeable of the local area and were 100% committed to help us sell our home offering practical and honest advice and valuations. Strickland and Co being open for viewings after work until 10pm and on Saturdays and Sundays when other agents are closed is a great and unique tool to help sell your property. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to friends and family.
