GoogleCouldn't have asked for a better experience with Strickland. Personal, professional and effecient. We were dealing with multiple other big name estate agents at the time and Strictland were much more enjoyable to deal with in every department.

GoogleThese boys...What can I say. We were mucked around by the big brands and then were introduced to Jamie and Terrance and within a few weeks, sold our property and found the next. Their professionalism, energy and the level of care they provided was nothing short of exceptional. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!!! In short - forget the big brands and get the brothers who were born and raised here and work extremely hard! Thank you!

Whenever we had a question Terence and Jamie were happy to help. Terence kept regular contact, updating us on developments and made sure everything stayed on track, from offer to completion. GoogleIt's meant to be stressful buying a house, but not with Terence and Jamie. These brothers are the height of hard work and customer service. They are so easy to work with, they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and best of all they are so transparent with all the detail. One is always wary when you meet an estate agent and we have had our own nightmare experiences but one discussion with both Terence and Jamie and all that is put to to ease. They are so trustworthy and genuine that we thank our lucky stars that they were our estate agents. If you are fortunate enough to get these brothers as your agents you in very good hands.

GoogleNot that they need another 5 star review, but we’ve just sold our Greenwich flat through Strickland, and had a brilliant service from Terence and Jamie. Our situation was quite tricky with a cladding problem, but Terence guided us and our buyer with extreme patience and knowledge, and got us all a great outcome. I’m not planning on moving anytime soon, but if I did I’d definitely use Strickland again!

Terence & Jamie went above and beyond for me and my partner who were really in a sticky situation! Honestly it has been our most positive experience ever with estate agents and I imagine it will never be beaten, they are both simply fantastic people trying to help others out!Due to a change of circumstances we had 5 days to find a new place and be moved in! Understandably it seemed like an impossible task and from any other companies that is what we were being told, but Strickland and Co did the exact opposite, worked around the clock and achieved exactly that. Sitting here now all settled with my morning coffee in my new home, I honestly can’t thank Terence and Jamie enough. I would recommend strickland and co to anyone looking to rent or sell their property in the area.

They provided a fantastic friendly service, always being available, even late in the evening and during their own holidays to answer my queries. Plus there was sound advice on the best way to market and sell your property. Strickland will present you with a plan to get your Property sold, not just an evaluation and the usual sales jargon. I will certainly be recommending Strickland to my friends and family if they ever consider selling their homes. In short, Strickland provide the high energy and enthusiasm you want from your Estate Agent, which I found short coming from other Agents I experienced in South East London.

GoogleWe purchased our new home from Terence at Strickland, and couldn’t have asked for a better person to get us through the process. He was very proactive and friendly throughout every step, and helped to keep us updated when it’s hard to get quick answers from solicitors! He made every request and visit seem like no issue at all. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area, and would use for any sale/purchase we would need in the future!

GoogleI used Strickland to sell my property in Lewisham and I would highly recommend them. It was a tricky sale with a large chain and lots of complications but they took a lot of the stress out of the process and really drove the sale through and helped push the other agents and solicitors within the chain to make sure the sale went through as swiftly and smoothly as possible. They are great at communicationg and explaining things - always ready to take your call and answer texts at any time and answer any questions no matter how silly or obvious they might be! I felt I had a lot of support throughout. They were always very frank and transparent and I felt I could really trust their judgement and that I was in a safe pair of hands. We are so happy to be in our new house and although moving house is an immensley stressful experience Strickland definitely eased the process!
