GoogleMark and Tom did a great job selling my property in the St Albans conservation area. Once legal work began their open lines of communication were extremely helpful. It was a bonus having F&C on board especially as the house was being let by JW&Co - both teams working efficiently together. Extremely impressed and would recommend!

GoogleAbsolutely great service from Nick. Regular updates, always proactive. Due to the length of the chain, it inevitably took some time to get to exchange but I believe that Nick's updates and check ins really helped to keep things calm and on track. It was much appreciated, and even more so given that he was our sellers estate agent and not ours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleHad to chase for 3 days to arrange a viewing on a property for sale ,always getting promised a call back after still receiving no update on the 4th day I have now given up and will not be chasing again . Shame someone may now lose out on a sale of there property .
