GoogleLived in a property ran by this company for two years - they were so helpful and attentive the whole way through. The maintenance portal is so easy to use and they attend the property really quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a more attentive company. Would definitely recommend!

His approachable and pleasant personality is what made me easily build a relationship with him. During Covid-19 hes been very supportive and dedicated to tentants like myself and its for that reason why I'd strongly recommend him to anyone.

FacebookVery little communication especially in times of need. Still waiting on the remainder of my deposit after over three months although I have been charged for a standard clean for the next tenant! Pitty it was not cleaned for when I moved in, the fridge freezer didn’t even have any doors! Anyway nobody seems to give a monkeys so will just have to keep waiting! Good luck if you get Cherelle as your property manager, hope u have a lot of hair to pull out!

GoogleExcellent Experience, I completely lost my trust in Estate Agents until I met Steve from Bond, he was professional from day one and provided me valuable information throughout the whole process of selling my property. Steve, Nick & Sue stayed in contact with me weekly and reassured me they were continually working to advertise my property in a very quiet market in 2019. The process with Bond Estate agents was very easy. They have definitely put my faith back in Estate Agents. Thank you very much with all of you help in selling my property.

FacebookI used Streets Ahead to sell my home. The process was simple. The came one day and measured and took pictures on the same day. Within a week I got viewings. I requested group viewings as the house had tenants and this was respected. They kept me informed of viewers responses and the team were realistic and did not send viewers who were not in a position to purchase. A sale was quickly make agreed and the tenants and myself were happy with how things were conducted. The team including Sedat, Lexi, Patrick, Philip and Mary from the finance team acted professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.
