GoogleWe just sold our flat with Beresford residential in Brixton. Shelly Ann Spencer was our contact and she has been fantastic. It was a long and difficult process and we are very grateful to her as we would have never been able to sold it without her. She found the right buyers. She had been very good at keeping contact with both solicitors, the buyers and us to keep us updated and make things move forward at every step of the process to make it happen. Based in France we could not come to the flat but she took care of everything until it was sold.

GoogleWe were luckily the first to see the property and Elizabeth was so lovely and as soon as we saw it we fell in love. She was great and rushed back with us to make sure we secured the property and was so helpful with all our questions. Ryan at the office was also so helpful and let us know everything we needed to know and sorted out our offer so that we thankfully got accepted by the landlord. Overall in spite of how quick we had to act it was made an easy and simple process and we ended up with a property we love! Love beresford!

GoogleService was good while we were looking for a flat and smooth once we had found one. However, it wasn't until we moved in that we discovered that they manage the property and the service then was an entirely different story. Many problems in the flat were never dealt with by Matt our property manager. When we requested to change our property manager we were told that they would be changed which never amounted to anything. Beresford is Clearly a company that care more about their sales than their property management & I would advise not to use them if they are managing the property you are looking to rent.
