Several people were involved from the viewing to the completion, but we were well covered and handled smoothly while someone was on a holiday. All of them were very helpful and keep their eyes on the progress. Seth Branum in particular looked after us very well . It was a difficult situation as the seller was overseas and the deadline for completion was short due to a stamp duty holiday. He worked hard for both parties and was able to meet the deadline. In addition to this, he helped us a great deal to meet the requirements of both parties, which turned out to be excellent. We really appreciate all his hard work and all people who were involved this purchase.

While I found the admin at this branch very helpful in setting things up in my new flat, unfortunately I found the agent Nick Mott ignored my reasonable requests regarding the flat, which I had, in order that I could more easily keep the flat clean for the landlord. Furthermore, this agent twisted the facts to suit himself and the landlord and duped me. We just moved to London/UK for the first time and Rafael Z from this branch of Stirling Ackroyd was extremely knowledgeable, warm, helpful, and quick to respond. He made our transition very smooth and easy, even as we were "touring" virtually and figuring out our move from outside of the UK. After we secured the deal, Rafael proactively reached out several times to check-in to see how we were getting on, which was appreciated. Rebecca C from the move-in team was quite helpful via email as well. Would definitely use Stirling Ackroyd again when we are moving next!

Disorganised and do not care in the least about rental tenants - requests have to be sent multiple times and they refuse to act on them, inventing all manners of excuses. If you care about the properties you want managed, look past this nasty organisation.
