I'm extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior I experienced from your team. The lack of communication, delayed responses, and general disregard for customer concerns are unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of service. Despite making multiple calls and follow ups , I haven't recived my security deposit . It's frustrating to be ignored and have to chase something that should have been handled promptly and fairly .I hope this is addressed immediately or I will have to escalate the matter ---

Dealt with Rafael Zampieri on a apartment let, and couldn’t have asked for a better service. In difficult times for all landlords he managed to secure a tenant within 5 days, and it was completed 2 days later. Solid account management, and attention to detail are the qualities I look for in agents, while being responsive to phone calls, and not leaving it 24 hours before calling back.
