This was a great little place, a few paces away from Grassmarket and with the view of the Castle nearby. The flat was very clean and well equipped, with stylish decor and all mod cons. It was cosy and comfortable, with a little shady courtyard at the back. Good tea and coffee, lovely toiletries and a good shower, comfortable bed and a big fridge for those cold drinks on return from sightseeing. For reasons beyond our control, we had to request the extension of checkout by one hour, and the hosts were easy to contact, understanding, and flexible in approach - despite the fact that the flat appears to be fully booked this summer and there is virtually no gap between tourist stays. We really appreciated this, thank you! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this fantastic little place.

Altido rent my home while I'm away several times a month. As it's my home, I was very cautious to open it up for short term lets to generate additional income, however, Alitdo's diligence in vetting guests and their excellent customer service makes it an easy decision.They take all of the hassle out of dealing with guests, they provide their own linen, cleaning and maintenance services and manage with whole process with the upmost professionalism. We had a great stay in Lisbon, around the corner from Cais do Sodre & the Time Out market. Our flat quickly felt like home, with extra charm and high ceilings, its in a great location with nightlife around the corner and the minimart across the street. Communication with ALTIDO was clear and quick, checking in and out was a breeze, and everything worked perfectly. We had everything we needed, and plan to stay there again on future trips.

The place looks very close to the pictures with some furniture rearrangment. Also, the bathroom is completely renovated. It is nice and clean and it has plenty of things (more that you will use). The location is perfect right next to the Castle and many shops and attractions. We really enjoyed how quite and peaceful it was. You can often hear the birds singing and you always enjoy an ever-changing and beautiful view since you are at the very top. The hosts respected our privacy and we were not disturbed at any point but they were quick to respond if we contacted them. Great place to stay. Definitely recommend it.
