Stayed a month in one of their London flat. I can say every comment below saying nice, tidy and helpful staff were true. On top of that, very comfy beds. I had a very important document delivery on courier that went wrong and was delivered to the address of my Altido stay one week after I left there. I was so desperate to see the message of successful delivery but that I had nothing on my hand. It was Altido's dedicated team who helped me to check and retrieve that mail, and kept it till I can come collect from them. Can't say enough thanks!
