I have been letting property through squires for a number of years and have been very happy with the service they have provided througout. On the whole I have been very happy with their vettings process and have been blessed to have many good tenants. They have been very communicative with any issues and we have always found way to resolve things in an efficient manner. I found them down to earth, honest and proactive and will continue to utilising their services for the foreseeable future. From a landlords perspective I couldn't be happier.

GoogleA really friendly and approachable team in Hendon, who helped guide and support me through my first ever property sale. I was a little nervous when the Hendon office shut for refurbishment just as my property went on the market, but I needn't have been, as everything continued smoothly. Neither of the agents I worked with (Pan and Mel) left me once the offer was accepted, and both worked really hard to get the sale over the line. I highly recommend them.

GoogleTerrible customer service deny you property due to the fact your profit is not the twice amount of the rent which majority of people would not pass as its much higher then minimum wage than try to use references from last year where we was in global pandemic rude and direct over phone not recommended at all terrible

Dear Maks I'm sorry you have felt it necessary to leave this review based on process. Unfortunately our landlords all take out rent insurance and the only way to get this is for tenants to pass certain earning criteria, or be able to have a guarantor to provide security on the tenancy. These figures are based on making sure there is affordability for the monthly payments. We are able to rent our properties to suitable tenants who are able to prove their income. I'm sorry that you're not able to do this.

I have been working with Squires since the beginning, 2004! I bought one of my first properties in Finchley through Adam Redhouse and they still manage it and others in my portfolio. I have used Squires numerous times for buying and renting.I like their honest, straight forward way of doing business. No games like other Agents I have dealt with.I highly recommend them, keep up the great work Adam Redhouse, Edward Kay and The Squires Team.

We put an offer to rent a flat. The next day we received a call from Zack but unfortunately we were out and about so I said I would call him back, I called the office and spoke to a woman who said she would get him to call, I never got a return call..so emailed him to be told he had given the flat to someone else. We have turned down other viewings because of this. What a joke.
