Ari was amazing as a person and at his job!

Ari was amazing! He made sure the process went as quick as possible and smooth. He was always there to answer our questions with as much detail as needed. He went out of his way Numerous times to check we were kept up to date and okay with the process. Whilst being amazing at his job he was a kind person too that put us first.

Fabulous team at this office. Levinia in sales is incredibly helpful and has amazing knowledge. Absolutely great experience all round. I sold a property from abroad and due to the time difference needed extra help chasing all the information needed for the sale. Levinia and her team were fast and attentive with everything I asked of them and always has interest from potential buyers.

Struggled with two really bad tenets from our previous Estate Agent, after months (nearly a year), of serious issues where the agent had an awful response rate, we finally got our solicitors involved to rectify the issue. Pan, specifically, made us feel as though he understood our reservations about renting out again in Hendon but he found us some fantastic tenets that have proved reliable and very friendly. We were going to sell if it went wrong this time but we are now back to being happy landlords again. Thank you Pan and Squires!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I live outside the country so worked with Rachel to rent out my two bed two bath. This woman went above and beyond the terms of the service and even helped me schedule a repair of my dishwasher and waited for the repairman to come. Throughout the process she was very caring about getting the flat into a perfect condition for the tenants while also making sure I got responsible tenants and that the process was smooth for me as an overseas landlord. Squire has been amazing and I will definitely recommend Rachel and Lauren the admin manager. They know the market very well and customer service means a lot to them.

I have been with Squires since 2020 as a landlord with a rental property. Having moved from an absolutely terrible managing agent, they have proved their worth in every way. They are fair, honest and excellent communicators. Alex and Sophie have been fantastic throughout the letting, managing a not so easy situation with great professionalism. Squires are the 5th Agency I've been with over 17 years. Frankly, none of others have come close!

Based on my own personal experience I would thoroughly recommend Squires Estates (Hendon). My purchaser had a particularly slow solicitor and Levinia was always on hand to chase them and get things done. There were also issues with the leasehold that wouldn't have been fixed without Levinia's invaluable assistance.
