I first rented out my property through Squires Estates for 7 years and later went on to sell it with them, and throughout both experiences, the team has been exceptional. I wanted to highlight three people in particular who went above and beyond. Samiha Gharib (Sales Progressor) was absolutely instrumental in getting my sale through. She built a great relationship with both me (the seller) and the buyer, and was able to handle very slow and unprofessional stakeholders with patience and real expertise. Her deep knowledge of the process, as well as current industry trends, really helped keep things moving and ensured everyone stayed informed throughout. Rachel Patterson (Head of Lettings) has been outstanding from day one. She always goes above and beyond to make sure both I, as the landlord, and my tenants are well looked after. Bought our first flat through Squires Estate. Mel has been very supportive and cooperative from the very start with the viewing of the flat, through the offer negotiation, until completion. Her and Edward responded to any of our questions at any time and felt like we were in direct contact with the seller. Being first time buyers, we were nervous and a bit frightened about the whole buying experience, with horrid stories we heard of people trying to buy. Our whole process (from putting the offer to completion) took 92 days, incredibly smooth and efficient, and Squires definitely facilitated it. We met Julius, Abby, Panikos, Vanessa and Ali along the way. All polite and wonderful people. The valuation they did was accurate and to the point but also was respectful to our expectations. My parents knew Julius from before, and this year I got a chance to work with him directly. He is very professional, kind, patient and respectful.
