GoogleI met Pan (branch manager) during the Covid lockdown and despite all the difficulties in the market, he managed to let my flat that was vacant for more than 6 months. Since then Pan let for me 4 other studios. I learned that Pan is a very active agent, very organised and his team are very motivated. Many thanks!

This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences we’ve had with an estate agency. Over several weeks, Zac demonstrated a complete lack of organisation, accountability, and basic courtesy. Communication was erratic at best, with repeated last-minute cancellations and vague, shifting plans that left us entirely in the dark.

GoogleI contacted Squire's as I had a room to rent in a house. I was given the details of another gentleman Jacob Kadoch, who works at squires and does this as a side business. He came to the property to take a look at the room and said he would put my property on some websites the very next day. I asked to be sent web links for the adverts placed and my call was never returned, I tried contacting him a number of times for the following two weeks and my calls were never returned. On one particular day I attempted calling him twice on my way home with no response, I walked past their offices having got out of the station and saw he was sitting at his desk. I called again, no answer. I then called his office and he had his manager lie for him and say he was not available. Under no circumstances request the services of Squires or Jacob Kadoch. They will tell you they can do many things, but in the end just leave you high and dry.
