I rented a room in a share house in Wapping. After a month I moved in I'm still sleeping with a window that doesn't shut! I never been able to get a bath as hot water is a joke. I want my money back!!!! Don't spend money and energy with this agency!!!!

I've been letting a room since March of last year. They're fantastic letting agents, we had our oven break down last year and had a repairman out on the day. Just to say that this company has restored my faith back with humanity. I put a deposit to secure a room for my daughter when she was refused Halls accommodation only to be told a few days later that she did have one. Even though when I signed the contract with Tarek it stipulated that the deposit is non refundable. When I explained the situation to Tarek he kindly RETURNED the FULL deposit back. 100% Trustworthy and was very friendly and approachable and would use again when my daughter needs outside accommodation.
