Just to say that this company has restored my faith back with humanity. I put a deposit to secure a room for my daughter when she was refused Halls accommodation only to be told a few days later that she did have one. Even though when I signed the contract with Tarek it stipulated that the deposit is non refundable. When I explained the situation to Tarek he kindly RETURNED the FULL deposit back. 100% Trustworthy and was very friendly and approachable and would use again when my daughter needs outside accommodation. Thank you once again Tarek

I lived here for just over a year and I loved it. So close to two different stations and central line. all the shops you need around and only 5 mins from Westfield Stratford. My landlord was very helpful with everything as well and so understanding! So I would recommend!

The company director is very accessible, and helpful. The property where I stayed is reasonably priced and has a good location, but it could be in better shape. One of the major problems I had was with the cleanness of the common areas. But overall it was a good experience.

Can't fault them, they provide an easy to understand service for first time renters, and if you have any problems they're easy to contact and get back with a solution really quickly and do their best to make your stay long/short a pleasant one. Our reason for leaving is not to do with anything reguarding our room or house but to be closer to myself and girlfriends work. 5/5

I found spare move was a good company to use as they were very quick to respond to any questions I had before the move in. The viewings were arranged around my convenience and the process of signing the contract and moving in went really smooth. I found that if I had any issues, the landlord would always answer the phone, respond to text messages. I also found the property was reasonably priced for what it offered and I would recommend using this service to anyone.

I´ve rented a small room in a flatshare. I´ve found the offer on the internet. Visiting the place and moving in was possible in a short time and very uncomplicated. My agent was always friendly and helpful. All in all the house was in a god state. It could have been a bit cleaner. The only minus was that it was not possible to transfer my money back to my international account. But all in all I was very content.

I was not familiar with London as have only recently moved here from the Midlands as I have a new job (yay). If it was not for the guys at Sparemove the whole move and process would not have been as smooth and would have been very problematic. As a typical northerner I did not know how London transport infrastructure worked, all I did was hand my work location to the guys at Sparemove and they brought me a list of properties I could rent. The viewings were professional and the agent was always punctual - in fact I kept him waiting on a few occasions They even had the courtesy to tell me how much my travel would cost from each of the different locations (as I understand this is a huge deciding factor for many people). Once I had selected my new home the move in was very quick and they guys were very efficient. The guys at Sparemove also advised me on how to get my stuff transported from Manchester for a reasonable price. The whole experience just felt tailored to myself - but I had spoken to some of their other tenants and they felt highly respected and actually felt like a customer in a restaurant as oppose to someone that owes them money for living in their property Brilliant work guys! Keep it up!
