The service we recieved at Sparemove exceeded any expectation and hope that my partner and I could have had. They went above and beyond to no small extent and met any potential issue with fiercely good service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for property in London and would eagerly do business with them again. I moved recently to one of the property managed by Sparemove in East London. The accommodation is perfect; it is a nice clean house with cleaning lady coming every second week. All requests were taken care of by Tarek in a smooth manner. He was very helpful on the day of the moving in and made sure everything have been arranged as we discussed before. Everything is as it is described in the contract. Tarek takes good care of his costumers and made me feel important for him; his hard work is well appreciated. I can only recommend his services.

I stayed with Sparemove in one of their East London properties when I first moved to London after being recommended by a friend. Tarek (their director) was helpful and flexible from the start, arranging viewings, contract signing and key collection around my hectic moving schedule. Upfront fees and deposit were refreshingly affordable and referencing painless, and I felt respected and trusted as a tenant (unlike many of London's hostile and dismissive estate agents). I was able to specify a tenancy length and payment schedule around my needs, and throughout the tenancy Tarek was easy to contact and attentive, including personally coming round on a Saturday to look at a faulty heater. I absolutely would recommend (and have recommended) sparemove to anyone looking for a room in London and wish Tarek and the team all the very best for the future.

Hands down i would recommend Spare Move to any who is unable to find a property and is struggling with finding the right place for them, they are very helpful in every step of the way, they help you move in and are literally one phone call away, never had a problem with them and i cant thank these enough for finding me the right place for me, i loved my space, my flat mates - i would say stop looking at other sites and just give them a call, explain them your situation and what you're looking for and these guys will find you the place you want!! like i said before and will say it again "best property service providers in the market" really help and the quality of service is outstanding!!

I've always had the speculation of Estate Agents being nice when they want to and when they get a tenant on board they could not careless how the Tennant is getting on, past experiences have proven me right on countless number of occasions. Dear fellows who search for an accommodation in the UK. After a wonderful three month long stay in London, I can say that I couldn’t have a better agent. My room was small, but very lovely. I always felt like coming home, when I entered the door. The bed got a new mattress, the wardrobe was fine, everything was clean and the flower wallpaper on one wall was relaxing. As London is an expensive city, you cannot expect low rents but the rent for my room was appropriate. My agent Tarek was always accessibly for me by WhatsApp. When I arrived in London, he waited at the house for me to give me the key, when the washing machine was broken, he let it fixed at the next days, and if anything came up, I could always text him and directly got an answer and a solution for a problem. And just as further information: In East Ham, where I lived, any shops and supermarkets, the underground station as well as bus stations are within easy walking distance.

Very very poor tenant service. Just after your deposit and monthly rent. No action is taken to problems reported until you threaten to vacate. Reported problems with heating and bathroom. Took forever to attend to the problems and yet pestering me to pay rent. Promised a cleaner every week. Not seen one yet. Complained and told to leave if it was a problem. Felt like calling in council or trading standards. Cockroaches and rats in the property. Told to buy own pest control. Really rubbish tenant care. AVOID renting from this agency. They are conmen! If I could rate no star... I would rate them minus 5-

I'd avoid these guys if I was you. I rented with them for over a year. Pretty sure, the contract was not above board, if you get offered a "licence agreement" I'd suggest thoroughly looking it over how legitimate that designation is before agreeing to anything. I'm actually changing my review now, since my deposit is only just back in my hands 10 or so weeks of chasing. Initially, when I's asked for a reference for my new flat, they said "Happy to do so Just waiting for you to confirm the review have been completed" and "just write something simple and put 5 stars and then we're good to go." So I would take some of these very positive reviews with a grain of salt if I were you.

I´ve rented a small room in a flatshare. I´ve found the offer on the internet. Visiting the place and moving in was possible in a short time and very uncomplicated. My agent was always friendly and helpful. All in all the house was in a god state. It could have been a bit cleaner. The only minus was that it was not possible to transfer my money back to my international account. But all in all I was very content.

I've lived in London for about four months in one of Spare Move's houses in East London. Very nice brand new double bedroom, in a big house with a descent sized kitchen and bathrooms. I've not had a problem with the agency and everything when I first moved in was sorted out very quickly and easily. Tarek, the agent who dealt with the property, has always been very helpful and sorted out any problems we may have had with the house. Overall, I'm very happy with the house and Spare Move.

I couldn't have asked for a better renting experience. The property and management team deserve the highest rating for their exceptional service and quality accommodations. The lease terms were fair and clearly laid out. I didn't encounter any unexpected surprises or hidden fees. The property management team was transparent about all policies. The location was perfect for me. It was close to my workplace, grocery stores, and public transportation. It made my daily commute hassle-free and saved me a lot of time.
