Very unprofessionalالخليجيين ديروا بالكم منهم يحطون الشمس بايد و القمر بايد و بعدين يسحبون عليكم!!! Communication is poor and lacking, they never called back despite always saying they will. They are very snarky with their replies (if they do reply at all). We requested an earlier move in (time) because the afternoon slot was not suitable - and they would not accommodate that and started threatening, do you want to move in or not??Never confirmed how to get the keys until we called them :) (This was never clarified prior).

It's been great working with Settio w.r.t. letting out and managing our property. It's been nothing but professionalism from time of initial contact to the way the approached onboarding and handling all the paper work. They made it very seamless from taking possession of the property on our behalf to working through the all the requirement for letting and letting out the property.They communicated on every stage and they were quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls which is key when dealing with agents.I dealt with Eleanor Yates who let out the property in record time and was happy to meet us on site to walk us through the property. They achieved a far higher price than I was quoted by another local agent and dealt with everything for us prior to the tenant moving in to ensure the property was ready. Settio Property stands out as one of the finest agencies I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the UK, particularly in Manchester. Alessia, Tom, and Marie exhibited exceptional professionalism and a warm, welcoming demeanor. They guided me through the process of securing my initial flat at Laurence Place and seamlessly facilitated my transition to a different flat. Their straightforward payment and documentation procedures contribute to the overall ease of working with them, and their prompt responsiveness is truly commendable.While I hold Settio Property in high regard, I assigned a rating of four out of five stars due to a specific incident. There was a challenge in gaining approval for a flat, and a situation arose where another Settio colleague finalized an agreement for a different property without consulting their peers to ascertain whether there were other prospective tenants interested in the same place.I hope to see Settio Property enhance their precision in selecting candidates for property viewings and coordinating with others. In 2021, I evaluated three flats and expressed interest in all three within the same week. Regrettably, these opportunities were awarded to other individuals due to a marginal price difference of £20-£50. I would have gladly paid the extra amount had I been informed.Beyond this isolated concern, Settio Property maintains a respectful reputation as a reputable company. I urge others to recognize that inflation can influence rental costs, potentially leading to an increase of £250-£400. Though substantial, this trend is occurring and requires acknowledgment.I respectfully request that Settio Property exercise prudence in managing renewal increments, especially for existing tenants seeking to extend their leases. While raising prices for new applicants is understandable, implementing such significant hikes for loyal tenants is less favorable. It may come across as exploiting tenants who are reluctant to undergo the arduous process of relocating and seeking a new residence.In conclusion, I appreciate the opportunity to share these observations. My new Manchester property (The Blade) was leased at a reasonable price for 6 months despite low seasons and that my apartment is unfurnished. Settio seems to have a good connection with a set of good potential tenants and a tenant was found very quickly. Everything has been fine for the first three months. A renewal lease with a tame increase in rent has just been agreed and signed. Thanks Erin Morgan!

GoogleI was very disappointed with this agency. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism, there is absolutely no follow-up. They don’t reply or resolve issues unless you repeatedly contact them and send multiple emails. I do not recommend them at all.
