We’ve just been in between the process of leaving one settio apartment and moving into another one. Joshua was an absolute hero when it came to organising our new apartment, he was rapidly responsive to all of our queries, and did everything possible to help us find the perfect apartment. He recommended our new place to us, provided us with video tours almost instantaneously, but beyond that he also helped us negotiate tricky specifics in our contract, including an earlier move in date which was a huge thing we were looking for, and helping us communicate with the landlord around pets which is always a tricky thing. Honestly couldn’t recommend Settio, and specifically Joshua enough, he has made a very stressful process a lot more relaxed, and his communication and professionalism has been top notch throughout! Thanks so much Joshua.
