Sam went above and beyond by staying late for the viewing, even though it was after his working hours. He was extremely polite, humble, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He also kindly mentioned that he would assist me with the parking, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience smooth and pleasant. Highly commendable service.

I chose Settio because I was fine paying a premium for a premium service that was completely hands-off and trustworthy. Let me tell you, they delivered. I haven't lifted a finger this whole process other than sending the odd email or two, et voila, excellent tenants, Goodlord referenced, and the whole thing managed on your behalf with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. I have a feeling this will be a long and happy partnership.

During my stay in Manchester, I have not found a more well rounded team than I have at Settio. My agent, Joshua Dunlop was a tremendous help whilst apartment hunting, truly the best. He was always on it and let me know about details straight away. So happy with my choice to rent with Settio, agents are always top of the game.

Really pleased with my experience of Settio - I have had the pleasure of dealing with Leo who has been absolutely class in providing what I needed. Due to the nature of the my current tenancy - I needed to move out quickly and Leo was fantastic in getting things accross quickly, he also did me a massive solid and showed me round a flat on a Saturday (when he was supposed to be off) as he knew my time constraints. Legend.Despite not going for the property in the end - will DEFINITELY be on the look out for Settio again if i'm ever in need.

Special thanks to Tiffany Liu, the Property Manager for being so proactive and professional. As soon as the facilities' issues of my newly move-in apartment were reported, she gave me a ring to follow up and an email ensued as a recap of all key issues. In a few days, all these were fixed. Further, she initiated to contact CDA for ordering of the bottom fridge self as a replacement of the broken one. Once again thanks to Tiffany, we are now living in such a peace of mind.

I’ve been doing work as a contractor for around 20 years,I don’t often leave reviews but I’m leaving a review here because we do work for Settio and I’d like them to know that a property manager there called Oliver is ALWAYS very well mannered and never disrespectful to me or any of my staff unlike some people can be to a contractor so Oli thanks for all your help on all the easy and difficult jobs .

I have relied on Settio since 2021 to find tenants who will respect their apartment and neighbours. As an overseas investor I look for quiet efficient people to deliver.Changeover of tenants and attention to detail for such little things as a squeaky bedframe, are always actioned and cleared. It wouldn't be fair to mention just one or two. As Winston Churchhill is supposed to have said "𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕"; that perfectly describes the team at Settio. We had the most fantastic experience with Leo and Kaine. Initially Leo called us to arrange a viewing and he was so pleasant over the phone and so quick to arrange everything for us.
