Settio really have made our first time experience renting a property in Manchester easy and stress free. Sam Bell, our property manager, has been very attentive, responding straight away to any of our enquiries and making sure we have settled in well. It has been great to have someone to speak to regarding the property who seems to really care about his residents. Would definitely recommend.

As an existing client based in Asia, I have happily been using Settio for a number of years already to look after my property in Manchester. My recent new-build apartment has just completed. Sophie swiftly and expertly handled the handover and furnishing within 2 days of legal completion. Jade had the apartment let at the full asking price within a week, can't ask for anything better than that (the professional photos were superb).As an overseas investor (but actually from Manchester), I feel secure and confident that my properties are in safe hands. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say.

Tiffany Nathan have been helpful and service oriented. Despite problematic ex-tenants, Tiffany managed to get Reposit to approve our claims. The leasing team is very good too, new tenants were secured soon after the previous tenants moved out. Kudos to all of them.

I've been using Settio to manage my UK properties since 2021 and they have never let me down - minimal breaks between tenancies, well-vetted tenants, consistent increases in rental income, efficient in resolving issues, quick to respond to any queries etc. What else could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Sophie and Marie are super friendly, easy to approach and prompt response with constructive answers to my enquiries. Not only they helped to rent out my property within a month of listing it in the market; they reminded me to complete time-consumed government documentation works way ahead so that there was no lag-time when a potential tenant shows up upon completion.
