I have had very positive experience with Sam (the boss) for several years pertaining to tenanting my unit. He always has his client’s interest at heart. Tiffany, Sam Bell, Natalia, Nikita and a few others have provided tip top service throughout the tenancies. I do not have to remind them about tenancy expiries.

It has been my 2nd year with Settio and am very happy with their service, especially to Lucy, Jade, Liam, Tom and Poppy! We've had the unfortunate events where our tenants had to leave the tenancy contracts early twice, but Settio had been very quick to find us new tenants within 2 weeks, and really hassle free for us! Really superb service from Settio and thank you very much for your great work & dedication!

Settio have been exceptional from the very start. I invested in three apartments in Manchester which required a lot of snagging to be addressed, following up with the builders and contractors which Settio did without question and effectively getting them to market. Within days they have been let out, along with being updated on progress regularly and constant reassurance with kindness, always answering all my queries so quickly. The customer service of every person I have spoken to at Settio have been really lovely and so easy to work with. A professional organisation which I would highly recommend.

Since initially enquiring and subsequently moving into my current home 9 months ago, Settio have been a pleasure to deal with. Alessia in particular should be commended for the ongoing level of support and fantastic customer service she's provided, especially during an unfortunate flooding of my apartment. They've always been very quick to respond, pro-active in resolving any issues, polite, helpful and courteous from the outset. I can't recommend them highly enough and I'll be genuinely reluctant to move to a property they don't oversee in the future. Please keep us the good work guys, you're a credit to your industry and sincere thanks for all your help.
