My flatmate and I have recently moved in, and the whole team at Settio have made the experience really easy and stress free! Liam, Lucy and Henry have been amazingly helpful and have gone above and beyond to answer any of our questions and have always been quick to respond. I have no worries about contacting them with any issues, as I know how helpful they will be and how quickly the issue will be solved. Couldn't recommend them more!

Holly, my property manager and Leo worked diligently to sort out my transfer of tenancy. Gladly, it was sorted out in a month and a half. However, communication with the tenant as well as the interested parties could have been clearer and thorough. Overall, Holly’s management and Leo’s help towards the end was satisfactory. Reported an issue with our boiler (as a tenant). Whole process went smoothly, we were informed about everything from start to finish and Oliver Franks, our property manager kept in touch and arranged for repairs which were completed in under 24 hours, while also maintaining contact with the plumber. Overall good experience.

The team at settio made sure that everything was taken care of once you hand them the responsibility for the apartment. We don't need to worry about anything they took care of everything. Settio have been managing our apartment for almost two years and we have been extremely pleased with their performance. As we do not reside in the UK this has been extremely important. Caitlin has just conducted an inspection of the apartment and given us a very detailed report of its condition. We couldn’t ask for more and highly recommend Settio as a property management company.
