Having been a tenant in a property managed by Settio for over 18 months now, I only have positive things to say about them. From the very outset the team there and Alessia in particular (who's been a super-star!) have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They enabled my initial move in to the property to run very smoothly and quickly and any queries I've raised since including renewing my tenancy twice & a small flood have been dealt with promptly, effectively and with great courtesy. A real credit to their industry, I can't recommend Settio highly enough. Thanks guys!

Settio are by far the only renting company I would use when renting in Manchester. Having used many agencies moving every year to a new apartment - I only wish I had known Settio beforehand. I had the amazing Alessia support me before during and after my move as I moved to another country. Alessia Is always helpful, super professional, compassionate and comes up with solutions if you have any problems with your building maintenance etc. I would highly recommend both Alessia and Settio. 10/10 especially when renting in Deansgate area.

1. Property agent was late for the viewing. i stood outside waiting for 20 minutes.2. Time for key collection was changed 3 hours before the originally agreed appointment time without my prior agreement.
