Settio helps me managed my property very well. My previous tenant refused to pay my rent for half of the year. Settio helps me go through every single legal process and negotiate with my insurance company, eventually I didn’t need to have a significant loss from that situation. Now they helped me rent my property to another tenant couple with a fair price. Really appreciate their professionalism.

The company Settio is very good . They have been dealing with my property for over one year now. Taylor Davies especially is excellent ! He has been informing at each step about the tenant and the condition of my flat and the possibility of a new tenant. I feel that my flat is in good hands and that he will do his best again with a new tenancy agreement .
