After my house sale fell through, I needed somewhere to live and needed to check in within a month. I put an enquiry through to multiple agencies and Leo at Settio got back to me straight away. He sent me through a video viewing and managed to get the contract over.After a week, I needed to move my check in date to an earlier date and he managed to also sort this ensuring I was able to check in with no issues. Nothing seemed too much for Leo.I love the flat and would recommend Settio to anyone looking to rent.

The service provided by Chris and his team is outstanding. Chris in particular is responsible, responsive and knowledgeable. Our apartment was rented out very quickly after it was completed. His service did not stop there, but continued to ensure that all the lose end were followed up and attended to. He understands the needs and the requirement of landlord living abroad. I would recommend Settio without reservations!

I was searching for a short-term tenancy in Manchester. I had only 2 weeks to settle as I was expected to start a work contract rapidly. As I was looking for an appartement and sending emails desperately to plan viewings, Liam contacted me and the process into finding the exact match and moving in went very smoothly and quickly. I visited two flats on a Wednesday and the Tuesday after that I was moving in (in only 3 days !). I had never rented in the UK before, but Liam promptly addressed all my queries and ensured a swift transition into my new place. He is straight forward with his actions and very reactive. I appreciate his dedication and would certainly recommend him and Settio to others seeking rental assistance.

Finding a place to rent in Manchester isn’t one of the easiest tasks on the planet. While scrolling Rightmove and various websites I stumbled upon settio and got in contact with two of their lovely staff Sam and Eleanor. Both of these agents went above and beyond by sending me every single property they could find, lightning quick email responses, understanding my needs and want and trying to meet them to the absolute best of their abilities and also just being friendly and personable by understanding my frustrations in what can be a stressful process. They took my stress and carried it for me by making this process as easy as it possibly could be and now I have a beautiful one bedroom apartment and a place to call home thanks to both of them. If you’re in the market for a new home and are looking for the two best agents in Manchester you can’t go past Sam and Eleanor because they are simply brilliant.
