I was getting frustrated with the length of time it was taking to let my property in Manchester having having rented property in the South of England. Within less than 3 weeks of contacting Sam, he had secured a tenant. In addition to this, communication with both him and Sophie has been excellent and I would recommend Settio to other landlords.

Having stayed in Settio managed properties multiple times now, I can say that my experience with them has always been exceptional. From moving in, communicating with agents, to dealing with issues/queries, it has all been accompanied by Settio’s great service. Holly Keeny in particular, has been our property manager for the past year and has been very quick to respond to any calls/emails/queries and wanted to highlight her amazing service throughout and during our moving-out!
