Me and my friends found a flat in manchester that we loved and really wanted to view so contacted Settio. Kaine quickly arranged a viewing for us within a couple of days and showed us round the property. He was professional and friendly and answered all the questions that we had. He has been easy to contact and replied to all our queries very quickly and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

Attentive to tenant's needs. Holly Keeney was very helpful and quick to respond to emails when I had issues with the heating in my apartment and in no time a specialist was sent over to get the issue resolved. I can only recommend Settio.

The Settio team makes being an offshore investor look like a Sunday picnic. From when the completion happened with the developer, handover through Settio, furnishing, to acquiring and moving a tenant in - it took less than a week. I was updated at every stage of the way and received photos to back it up. Samuel Fitz-Hugh and Sophie Bell were truly pleasant to work with.
