Great experience with Kaine from the Manchester office. Seen a flat for rent in a building i had my eye on for a while. He called me back immediately and genuinely listened to why I was interested in the building on a a brief phone call followed by some whatsapp messages and within 24hrs of the flat becoming available i had secured it and it was took off the market. Very fast and simplistic process. Looking forward to moving in and having my tenancy managed by this team.

Mr. Rex Cheung reached out to me to arrange my mid-term inspection; He was very quick in his email responses and arranging it was not hard at all. The process itself was also pretty straightforward; he was there on time and respected the privacy of my space, whilst he was very kind to answer any questions that I had in the best way possible. He seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that my experience as a tenant was the best that could be offered. Before he left, I requested that they changed the ventilation filters; my request was fulfilled within two weeks by Mr. Oliver Franks (who reached out to me on the matter), who also provided me a copy of my mid-term inspection (per my request).

Our property manager, Romulo, was excellent in handling our unit, despite having many issues with our previous tenant. He was efficient and always gave a detailed account of actions taken, as well as getting the most competitive quotes for our repairs. He is very meticulous and always gives good advice on the next course of action. Truly appreciate all that he has done for us.
