The lettings process was proactive and thorough. The end of tenancy reports are well documented and professionally prepared. I do feel that some of the matters raised in end of tenancy might be handed slightly differently but overall the service is first class. Our transaction was managed by Holly who got on with whatever was needed and listened carefully to anything we had to say. We really couldn't ask for much more and having used other agents in other locations I think the apporoach Settio take and the service Holly provided was first class.

Easiest company to arrange a rental agreement with! Really appreciated how personal and professional the team have been; Kaine onboarded us as new tenants and he’s been a delight and available to answer any daft questions we may have had. Before even showing us the property, he took the time to get to know myself and my flatmate, asking what we needed from a flat and whether it’d be a good fit and that service definitely factored into our decision to rent with Settio!

It has been great experience working with Settio. Sophie has been very personable in helping me in the selection of furnishing to meet my budget and prompt in addressing my concerns. Amelia and rest of team were also very efficient in helping me with the letting arrangement and my unit was rented out within 3 weeks from completion date! I will surely recommend Settio service to my friends.
