Kaine organised a virtual viewing for me due to living quite a distance away from Manchester.He was extremely friendly and definitely a member of staff you would want to keep as i thought he did a great job at promoting the property! Even if i am unsuccessful with the property, it's nice to have a representative of a lettings agency that isn't solely focused on profit and getting as much money as possible (which is what most of them seem to be about these days!!). He was very helpful and advised me on areas of Manchester to visit as i will be a complete newbie to the city!

Alessia has been fantastic helping deal with a challenging tenant and then arranging to get my apartment throughly maintained and back in a pristine state after the tenant left it in a horrible state. Being 200 miles away Settios support took a huge burden off my mind.

We booked a flat without the ability of being able to view it in person. This can be very troubling and risky; therefore, we were very surprised with the amount of flexibility of the agent in fulfilling any requests. We received videos of the flat and all of our questions were answered quickly. The best part about the experience was that not only was the flat in pristine condition when we arrived, but the communication and response time from Robin at Settio was outstanding. Thank you very much for such a smooth process.
