I was recommended Rosalinde Levy when i wanted to sell my mothers bungalow and have nothing but praise for both her professionalism and knowledge. She thoroughly researched the chepstow and Tutshill area and installed a lot of confidence in her approach. She virtually project managed all elements of the sales process removing most of the stress and achieved a satisfactory conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending her or using Rosalinde again

Online estates agent now SellMyHome have been brilliant. These were not even my estate agents, but they were for the property we were buying and for the entire chain above. Sarah Davies - I cannot recommend and thank her enough. She worked so hard during the entire process and was continuously in contact with us and the rest of the chain. She was always polite and kind and was always chasing solicitors and the other buyers on our account. Cannot recommend her services enough! If I ever move again (not planning to after our 6 month wait from offer being accepted to completion) but I would definitely request I have Sarah to oversee my sale. Our agent, Sarjo, was helpful, professional and kept us updated at all times (5* service from her!) We have used Sell My Home on two previous occasions and have received excellent service on all occasions. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that they have changed the way they operate, taking control away from the customer (who used to have access to a portal where viewings were arranged online, not via the agent) - we feel this is a retrograde step, by introducing a 'middleman' (the agent). We much preferred the way it worked before.
