Excellent experience

The buyers who were introduced to us were a great match - both parties had no chain, so the sale proceeded quickly and without problems. Rosalind was available and pro-active throughout the process to help and liaise between the parties.

I’ve dealt with Tim for both purchase and selling

I’ve dealt with Tim when buying my property and most recently trying to sell my property. He has been absolutely fantastic with both processes. The purchase was seamless, and although I’ve decided to withdraw my property from the sales market temporarily, he did a wonderful job of presenting favourable offers. Completed Sale Within 4 months!!

Firstly I did not get offered any vouchers to leave a positive review. I actually got a very professional final email letter congratulating the exchange and leaving a link to review.I must admit I did my research and was on the fence between two companies in the end. Sell My Home won me over as Daniel was knowledgeable, professional but not pushy, he let me have time to think and answered any questions. It also was reassuring that they were local.I certainly do not regret my decision, within 4 months of literally knocking the office door and making my first enquiry the home was sold!. Sell My Home have different sales packages to suit your pocket and needs, the sales type of process you want can be them doing everything or you can DIY some parts e.g. viewings, home pictures.I personally would not hesitate to use the service again as they were fantastic at keeping me updated along the way, viewing bookings were taken care of and offers were promptly communicated. They also have dedicated teams that work on specific parts of your sales journey which I liked, as it was not one person chasing everything from start to end. Once Daniel sold my home, he handed me thoroughly over to Caroline who saw my journey through to exchange. Overall I was taken by surprise at how good this company was.

An agent to be proud of

We put our house up for sale and Wes Collins was our agent. We sold our house after the second viewing thanks to Wes. He knows the housing market inside out and guides you through the sales process, keeping you up to date with the transaction. Although he deals with many clients he answers your call when you ring him or texts you back to say he is busy and will call you back. He takes the hassle out of selling your property, helping you out with any problems that arise during the sale making you feel at ease. He is very professional in his work and is a credit to the company.

Wesley collins was my agent. Professional. Honnest. Trustworthy. Reliable. Contactable. Supportive. Empathy. Good Negotiator. Fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful company

A wonderful, personable, professional and approachable company. During a stressful time in my life it was a relief to have Tim come, take some pictures ask a few simple questions and get the house up for sale. The house sold within the week due to the professional photography and the tailor made descriptions. Even once the house sold they contacted people to keep us up to date. A really great company that earn every penny. Sarah was lovely to work with and pushed up and down the chain for us to get things moving, and to give us the information we needed to push the sale through. Well worth contacting this company.

I was introduced to Scott of SellMyHome to sell my property by recommendation from Rentmyhome who were managing letting side for me.Sukhi took over finding prospective purchaser getting involved in arranging viewing and agreeing selling price with the purchaser ensuring I was made aware of offers being made.Caroline and Sarah Davies handled sales progression side and although it was a well-managed process in what turned out to be a prolonged sale due to the purchaser asking for more information not provided by his solicitors. Caroline and in particular Sarah were both constantly in touch and available to ensure the sale process progressed and able to answer questions promptly.I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah as she is very knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. She kept me updated at all times, if Sarah said she was going to ring me, I could always rely on getting that call even at 7:00pm on Friday. Sarah showed great emphasis and was a great support when completion did not go quite to plan, she genuinely cared and that came across when I spoke to her and she had my best interest at heart at all times. Outstanding Experience

Where to begin.. it was my first time sellling a property. My mortgage advisor recommended sellmyhome (Leicester) - I hadn't heard of them but thought I'd give them a shot. First impresssions are key and when I met Scott, he was friendly and down to earth. Scott is straight talking, yet knowledagble and provides great advice which suits the customer and not their business. The whole team were always polite and nice to talk to as part of the booking of viewings. Sukie was the dedicated agent who dealt with the sale and always kept me up to date with relevant details. As the sale progressed, Sarah was at the forefront of the final hurdle and was not only courteous and supportive of my impatience but gave her all to push the transaction through our perspective deadline. Our experience with Sell My Home was brilliant. Our agent, Tim Bentley sorted out the photos and the video tour of our property which we thought were brilliant. Also he conducted all the viewings too.Once we had an offer, the sales progression was passed to the main office where we dealt with Sarah Davies. She was amazing. We always felt as though we kept bothering her with minor queries but she was always there to sort them out for us and said we were not bothering her at all. She dealt with everything in a very professional manner too.I would definitely recommend this online estate agent and would use them again too.

I cannot recommend Rosalind Levy enough. She was exceptionally professional. On seeing my house, gave me expert advice on what needed to be done, we then organised this. She kept in communication throughout the process. She only showed viewers who were in a position to buy, and her feedback was honest and she worked non stop to help me achieve my sale. I would definitely use her again without hesitation. She does not give you false hopes, unrealistic sale prices and responds quick to your queries and keeps you fully updated throughout the who process, verbally and in writing.

I would like to put on record that…

I would like to put on record that Sarah Davies the Sales Progression Manager at Sell my home in the Leicester office was one of the best out there. She pushed and pushed when needed to speed up the process that the conveyers I was using seemed to be having problems. She was like a member of my family, pushing for my issues that were continually coming up, due to processes that were going wrong. Without Sarah this process would have failed, even with the stamp duty being extended , the good news was ( It did not actually effect me ) , I feel I would still be waiting to be moved and would have missed the dead line of NO STAMP DUTY, without Sarah and her team. Excellent Service and help. A credit to the Estate Agent Industry without pale. Highly Recommended. 11 out of 10 at least.

The best estate agent you could ever wish to work with

We had a brilliant estate agent called Rosalind Levy, and she is an absolute wizard at her job. We were moving from Lydney, Glos to Caldicot Mon and it was a nightmare. We found our ideal house just as the pandemic struck, and a buyer for ours not long after, but our buyer had problems right from the start. There was land involved, and planning permission needed. But Ros found out all the information to track what was happening with it and kept us full informed, then at the last minute our buyers buyer pulled out and we thought that it was over, but no she managed to get it back on track, a new buyer was found and after telling their solicitors where everybody was it started to fly through. We saw our dream house on the 18.4.20 and moved in on the 26.4.21, and Ros was beside us every step of the way. If you need somebody to help and guide you she is definitely the right estate agent to have. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She knows her job inside out and because she lives local as well she has all the contacts to help everything go smoothly. So if you are living in the Mon/Glos area, use Ros to get you moving.

I cannot praise Bill highly enough! Bill is the Estate agent for the people we are buying from. Due to our own conveyancing company being absolutely useless I have had an incredibly stressful time, Bill however has been a rock! We had a great experience, very helpful.

We had a great experience with Online Estate Agents(now Sell My Home)the whole process from start to finish was very personal, smooth and professional. Scott was able to show the viewers around our property for us and we managed to get an offer and sold with a few days. After that Sarah was our point of contact for the remainder of the process, we had major problems with the Land Registry and the legal side of things. The process took far longer than expected, and was very stressful. However Sarah was there the whole time to help communicate between solicitors and our buyer/vendors, and went above and beyond. Thankfully we managed to get in for Christmas! We were delighted with the service we received and would really recommend them.

Be very careful and at no point trust…

Be very careful and at no point trust what the sales rep is telling you.Used sell my homes and paid an up front fee and was sold an insurance policy with it for £200 which the sales rep said you will get your money back bar the £200 if your property does not sell, which gave me confidence in parting with my money to an unknown estate agent.However the sales rep conveniently didn’t mention that if you accept an offer even if the property does not sell that voids the policy.After the pandemic hit the sales stopped and I received no more viewings and decided to activate this insurance policy only to be told it’s a money back guarantee and not a insurance policy and due to a offer that had been accepted but had fallen through it counts as a sale on the property and has voided this money back guarantee therefore I lose the fee and the £200 extra.Made several complaints all the way up to the managing director Mr Shezub Tayub and sales manager who has stated that the terms and conditions are outlined on the website but due to this policy being removed and not on sale anymore the terms and conditions no longer exists for you to view. From personal experience I would now rather pay that little bit extra to an high street estate agent who do not take a fee until the sale is actually completed.Yes you pay a bit more but trust me they will be more actively helping you sell your property and no need to buy some phoney insurance .Hope this will help potential future sellers and buyers to be more aware and read all small prints and do not trust anything they say as their word is worthless.No need to worry anymore for new customers as the insurance policy....wait money back guarantee is not on sale anymore, I can imagine why.In total lost out on just under £1400 after purchasing their after sales assistance as well.May not sound like much but to a new seller who have no experience in this area it has hit me hard and I will find it hard to trust online estate agents in the future.Lesson learnt the hard way...... Just received an reply stating I was fully aware of the terms and conditions. Clearly they have trouble listening as we would not be in this situation if I was aware and also I did not remove the advertisement, you guys did because of the lockdown and stated you would reinstate after the lockdown so I cannot see what offer Mr Shezub is offering as you guys said it would be listed again after lockdown but because I wanted to trigger the insurance....hang on a minute now been told it’s a money back guarantee, that’s the reason why my property has not been re-listed.Again told something but proven their word is worthless.And bear in mind the 97% positive reviews was before your merger and was one of the reasons why I risked using you guys but this post will hopefully help someone avoid my problems in the future.All I ever wanted was for what I sold to me to be honoured, not trying to claim anything else but if someone calls you up and sells you something (after registering interest on the website was called on a daily basis to sell me this service) you would expect to get what you have been sold.

Very good value for money service

Very good value for money service. I took the option of doing my own viewings to minimise costs. Scott was excellent with his advice and I was under no pressure to make decisions. The support team were very good. Minor problem with trying to get through to them by phone but this has now been resolved. Kept me upto date with potential buyers, they worked very hard to find them and to get them to view. Sarah was exceptional in following through on the sale, she did do much chasing of solicitors, buyers etc. I felt I was in good hands. The buyer they found was honest and reliable. COVID-19 made it a lengthy process but this is no fault of the team. Highly recommend you use their services.

Fabulous service. I thoroughly recommend the services provided by Online Estate Agents SellMyHome, and in particular William Reid, who has pulled out all the stops in aiding me to sell my mother’s property. My mother unfortunately has been admitted to a residential care home, necessitating the sale of her house to fund the costs. Bill went above and beyond to assist me during this stressful and trying time to achieve a quick and successful conclusion. It wouldn’t be fair to leave out Sarah Davies who helped push through any problems presented by my solicitors and the purchasers, and also the local Hayes office who were always there when needed.
