We used SellMyHome to sell our 2 bed flat in Fulham. They were extremely helpful from the offset and handled all stages of the process efficiently and professionally. They managed the sale from marketing to completion, aiding with bids and solicitors. The only difference between SellMyHome and a traditional estate agent is that we carried out the viewings ourself. I would strongly recommend their services.

GoogleI have known of sellmyhome for 5 years, having used their partner company rentmyhome to market my property as a rental. Back then I couldn't have been more impressed. I would recommend them to anyone that would listen as a cost affective alternative to high street agents, but without the loss of service or professionalism - and back then even wrote a 5 star review on trust pilot. So when it came to selling my home it was a no brainer to get them around. Out of which I now have 2 red flags - firstly, after the valuation appointment, despite have told them in writing I was not interested in progressing with them, I walked out of my house to find a Sellmyhome for sale board outside my house!!! Before it was even on market with my chosen agent. How dare they use my property for free advertising when I hadn't even appointed them as my agent, let alone asked my permission (personally I never want a sign outside my house - Im in London and I believe they are pointless and only offer brand awareness for the agents). Secondly they valued it at £675-700k maximum. Yet it sold within 3 days for £800k (with 1 offer even higher but in a chain). Say no more.
