GoogleWe today completed on our dream penthouse property in London through Antony and Eric at Savills. Eric first showed us the property, he was very professional and knowledgable and didn't rush us. He was a breath of fresh air compared to past agent interactions. His colleague Antony managed the next stages. Antony was proactive and accessible 24/7 as needed. He went above and beyond to help. Progress was frustrating and fraught at times on the sellers side but Antony remained supportive throughout. Overall, very impressed with Antony and Eric as representatives of Savills and would recommend them.

GoogleI worked with Austin Amaiwe to find my current flat. He was one of the few agents that listened to all my requirements from the beginning and was conscious of them when making recommendations. He was attentive and when it came down to a mad dash to get the tenancy sorted in a matter of days, he helped my flat mates and I get the keys on time. It takes serious time management skills, and a cool head, to get such an offer and tenancy through during one of the busiest periods of the London rental market.

It is difficult to imagine another agent with such professionalism. Choosing a tenant, reviewing the tenant position, contracts and checking in and out, eventual followup with any problem. He went out of his way to ensure I found the right place in an extremely short amount of time and connected me to find affordable furniture. He personally attended furniture delivery day and ensured that I had settled in - a great surprise - and even helped familiarize me to the area. Thank you, Nathan, for being so great. I love the apartment and Greenwich is even more lovely than I imagined.
