GoogleI have view a lot of properties with a lot of different agents and all I can say is that Eric was by far the best agent I have come across. He was friendly and professional, both of which are sadly lacking with most agents. I would recommend Eric and Savills to anybody looking to buy a property in the area.

GoogleI've now worked with both the Lettings and the Sales departments: Lettings did a great job of finding a tenant for my property quickly and were very efficient and professional when sorting out everything needed for the tenants to move in Sales likewise were ground, found me a buyer quickly and worked really hard to get the sale through what turned out to be a very slow process!
