GoogleHad a really good experience dealing with Savills. Maicy Winward was particularly helpful with our entire application and was extremely patient with all of the problems we ran into! GoogleWe are really happy with Eric. He found a buyer for our flat within 2 weeks of listing with Savills and followed through to completion professionally. This was after we had listed with another agent for 4 months during which the sale fell through twice. Market conditions were not favourable at the time of listing with Savills, however Eric was confident he would find us a buyer and he delivered. The sale price was very close to our asking price too which we were very happy about. We would certainly recommend Savills and Eric.

They were extraordinarily helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to do the absolute best they could for us. Keep in mind that we were the buyers! It's easy for an estate agent to be on the side of the sellers -- it's where their interests are aligned of course -- but true professionals understand that both parties need to be coordinated for a successful sale. GoogleReview for Savills : Alketa Nazmiu This was the first time I found myself in a situation in need to rent. Without seeing the property I was comfortable enough to trust Savills name and the genuine, down to earth approach taken by Alketa to put down an offer soon after enquiring about the property I liked and current live in. Alketa was extremely helpful in enabling a smooth transition between the different stages of the process and consistently showing a level of professionalism. I was particularly impressed with her knowledge base which stretched beyond the surface. Namely, Alketa was helpful in aiding me to understand aspects of the market on subjects such as different rent schemes, home purchase plans, council tax, Tenancy agreements, Local development and house price projection, all which are probably beyond her remit. Where she didn’t know the answer, she passionately went out her way to very quickly do a google search and inform herself of the topic and then convey this to me. I think this says something about Savills and the culture amongst employees where despite the intense market conditions and a huge surge in demand, employees remain humble and focused on client service. My experience with Alketa reinforces this, and impressed me with her willingness to expand her knowledge and position herself as someone flexible, understanding and equipped with a transferable skill set.
