Be it 10pm on a Sunday or 8am on a Monday Keta was at the end of phone or a WhatsApp, Keta really went the extra mile. She sourced us an apartment in the building we wanted, found us a parking space within the building from a different landlady, then liaised with the new landlady to allow us to have an input on furniture. Very poor experience, lack of communication and misleading timelines Unfortunately, our experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. At the very beginning, we clearly asked whether we would be able to move into the property within 2, 3 days, and we were explicitly told yes. Based on this assurance, we planned our move and intended to move in on the 7th. This never happened. The main issue was not just the delay, but the complete lack of communication. During the process, we repeatedly tried to contact the agency by phone and email. Each time, we were told our messages had been noted and someone would get back to us, no one ever did. We were left entirely without updates, despite chasing multiple times. While the tenancy agreement was never signed or executed, we were still asked to transfer the full rental amount upfront, which we did in good faith. Meanwhile, due to the uncertainty and delays, we incurred significant hotel and accommodation costs. Eventually, we were informed that there was still no agreement because the landlord wanted to change certain clauses and was overseas. At that point, we had no choice but to withdraw. We then requested an immediate refund, only to be told it would take five working days, which is not reasonable for a UK domestic payment. Than they accepted to send it in the same day after we insisted (with extra £30 cost to us). Overall, this was a highly unprofessional experience marked by misleading expectations, poor process management, and a serious lack of communication. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely on verbal assurances when dealing with this agency.

If your time matters to you and you expect to be treated with basic respect as a customer, I would strongly advise you to stay away from this agency. We chose Savills precisely because of its well-known name and supposedly strong reputation. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a serious mistake and resulted in an extremely stressful, exhausting, and disappointing experience. Despite clearly explaining from the very beginning that timing was critical for us, we were given misleading assurances regarding the handover date. After the deposit and full payment were taken, the process was suddenly slowed down and poorly managed, and we were left without clear communication for days. During this time, we were effectively blocked from pursuing alternative options. As a result of their handling of the situation: -We lost valuable time -We incurred significant additional accommodation costs -And in the end, we received a negative outcome after days of uncertainty Throughout the process, no meaningful solution was offered. Instead, we were repeatedly met with empty phrases such as “we understand,” “we appreciate your patience,” and “we’re sorry,” none of which translated into action or accountability. The overall level of professionalism, communication, and ethical responsibility was far below what one would expect from a firm of this size and reputation. This experience clearly showed us that a big brand name does not guarantee reliable or customer-focused service. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this agency to think very carefully before proceeding.

**UPDATE*** Savills has finally allowed for satisfactory resolution. Do NOT EVER use this letting agency. They were terrible to deal with, slow and incompetent. Annabel and Maicy were unhelpful at best. They gave us wrong amounts due, wrong bank details and a wrong address to the property. Moreover, they rented us a unit that is an absolute DUMP and a biohazard. There is MOLD everywhere. Everything is broken. Now they are holding us to a lease for a property that is not fit for tenancy. RUN!!! Use any other agency but Savills. They are a fraud and a joke.
