Paul, our estate agent, went above and beyond at every step of the process, giving us an excellent and thorough viewing of the property, liaising really efficiently with all parties to ensure we could move in as early as possible, and then checking in to see how we were settling in to our new wonderful flat. GoogleDifficult to get hold of lettings agent once offer was made for apartment. Heard nothing from team (no replies to emails, no answering phone calls) for two weeks only to receive email two days before move in date asking for references. Move in date postponed by a week without notice. Strongly suggest you rethink.
