Moving can be one of the most stressful things in life and yet Savills Ealing made it not only a pleasure, the whole thing was an absolute breeze. From the very start Paul Leslie understood exactly what we were after - he sent us detailed videos (as well as the usual property details) well in advance, so that by the time we viewed, we already had a really good idea of the properties and their storage/flow/layout etc. This really saved us a lot of time. When it came to the viewings, Younus, showed us around and was delightful, prompt and well informed. All the way through the process Paul and Younus were extremely helpful, professional and very friendly. We've never known a move so smooth. Thank you guys - the best property team in London.

Our experience dealing with Savills Ealing could not have been better. We were an Australian couple moving to London and wanted to find something that we could move in to upon arriving, and both Mityu and Paul were more than accommodating and helpful throughout the process. From arranging a FaceTime viewing, to promptly responding to any queries and explaining the processes that are done over here. Not to mention the flat is exactly as advertised. Even after moving in to the flat, Paul would still send emails checking up and giving suggestions on local amenities, which was appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Savills Ealing again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

I had been looking for a property in the Ealing/Acton area, and having been previously burnt a few months prior do to a purchase falling through, I had little faith in Estate Agents. Stumbled upon a new build being sold by Savills that I was interested in. Although other Agents were present during some viewings, my main point of contact from the first phone call was Stuart. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - always calm, collected and polite. Something I haven't always experienced with the dreaded Estate Agents!! He did everything within his capabilities to ensure a smooth transaction throughout. Due to me being out of the country, he had to deal with my mother on a few occasions and even she was singing his praises - and she's a difficult woman to impress!!! Based on this experience I would recommend Savills and Stuart in particular! Thanks!! :)

I can’t say that I have ever had a bad experience with the Sales team at Savills, they are always super professional and helpful. However, my experience with their property inspector this morning was super unprofessional. The lady, Debbie, showed up 22min late and didn’t think it was necessary to let me know and when I called her she said it wasn’t her “fault that traffic is bad and there is not enough parking”. She didn’t know the area and hence the delay. No respect for people’s time or work schedules. When she finally showed up, she entered without saying hello or taking off her shoes. Instead of a 15 min appointment, she was done in less than 2 min and said her colleague was dealing with an issue, that she was asked to look into. On her way out she said she still insisted the delay wasn’t her responsibility and that she would now be 20 min late for her next appointment- and she wouldn’t apologise again and she just left without saying goodbye. Please learn to manage your time better and please learn to take off your shoes before entering people’s homes!

Savills at Ealing are fantastic to work with and in particular Younus is an awesome agent. Thanks to his efforts, we are now settled and happy in a home we wouldn’t have found without his help. From our first meeting with Stuart and throughout, with Lewis’s constant attention, we always felt confident that Savills was the right agent for our sale. Stuart’s calmness in helping us round some of the trickier corners was very reassuring and Lewis’s efforts above and beyond the call of duty (even driving documents overnight to solicitors in Manchester to get the sale over the line before the Christmas break) were greatly appreciated. During the sale period Savills were able to step in and provide advice at every turn and crucially kept the chain going after our buyers’ buyer dropped out. Thank you also for the lovely gift on completion.

Ealing - Residential Letting We have experienced terrible customer service, with this branch over the past few months, in relation to renting a property in the area. After providing all relevant information quickly, and further explanation regarding circumstances and the purpose of our move, a seemingly disinterested employee promised to respond once a dialogue had been established with the landlord on a property Savills managed on their behalf. An offer was made and rejected, with very little explanation. Especially, when the main reason for not taking the process further was based on the offer being too low. This became seemingly redundant based on the email received by my partner stating that the offer we gave, only a few weeks before, was now the asking price. In our opinion this created a very distrustful image of the company, and it's processes further reinforced by the fact they sent the email to my partner and not me. I rang and emailed again to follow up on the reduction, only to be met with further promises that I would get more information once the landlord has been spoken to, which had been promised to be the next day. It has now been a week without any further information. All information we have provided has been swift and all evidence shows us to be reliable tenants, given the rent we currently pay is far more than the current asking price. There seems to be no logical reason for this poor transparency and we would appreciate a more direct and honest response from Savills if they value customer feedback. The only redeeming aspect of this branch, currently presides with a Residential Letting negotiator, who has been very communicative and helpful, but sadly this is not a redeeming quality for any further interacting with the branch or company in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
