Stuart was very diligent in his preparations and once his team started to show the house we almost immediately received two offers, one at the asking price. Stuart guided us through the sometimes tortuous process of completing the sale, keeping us fully informed and always making sure that things stayed on track. I have no doubt that Stuart’s sensible, pragmatic approach and careful attention to detail made a huge difference in getting the deal over the line.

No Heating or Hot Water for Over a Year, Managed by Multiple Agents, No Resolution We have been renting a property managed by Savills Ealing and have had a truly unacceptable experience. Since March 2024, the flat has had no functional heating or hot water due to a known fault in the HIU (heating system), and apparently a shower mixer. Despite this being flagged repeatedly, it has now been over a year without resolution. To make matters worse, we have had five or six different property managers assigned to us during this time, leading to lost continuity, repeated explanations, and ongoing delays. Each manager promised action, but nothing ever materialised into a fix. We have experienced real discomfort, illness, and disruption due to the lack of essential services, and it’s been made worse by how disorganised and unresponsive Savills Ealing has been throughout. Adding to these issues are neglects on fire safety as we have been told about a wrongfully installed system. Yet we never heard a follow up on this. Given their reputation, we expected far better from a company like Savills. Based on our experience, I would not recommend their services.

After meeting with several local estate agents, we initially listed our property with two different agencies (one after the other). Unfortunately, we were repeatedly let down by unpromising viewings and constant suggestions to make significant price reductions. From the very first phone call with Kealey, the experience was completely different. She was honest and transparent about the market, advised us on the best time to list, and gave realistic guidance on what our property could achieve. Kealey quickly arranged a professional photoshoot and also shared a few valuable tips on how to dress the property to make it feel more inviting to potential buyers. Once the property was listed, Kealey’s team secured a number of viewings within the first week, and incredibly we received an offer after just one week from a chain free buyer! Kealey continued to work hard throughout the entire process and really went the extra mile. She kept in touch with our sellers’ estate agents as well, stepped in to support us when needed, and helped push everything through in a timely and efficient manner. I do not usually leave reviews, but credit should go to where it is due. We had the pleasure of dealing with Lewis Winter from the Ealing Branch on our purchase which completed exactly one week ago. Lewis was the Seller's agent. As the Buyer, all our interactions with Lewis were stress-free. Lewis was always responsive, reliable and professional. He was contactable at very short notice for the multiple viewings of the house we requested and very patient with all of our queries throughout (we had many!). We found he went above and beyond to communicate up and down the chain, chasing our very own estate agent and solicitors alike to conclude milestones such as exchange and completion dates. Throughout the house viewings he was informative about the house and the surrounding area, but gave us space and time to conduct the viewing. After a year of staying at a property rented through Savills, I’ve been patient due to it being a new build. However a year down the line we still have issues with the flushes in toilets, damp and condensation in the bathrooms and night lights that have never worked outside the front and back of property. Worst thing of all is initially agreeing to a parking space to be allocated to us which was an extremely important reason for renting the flat, we were told that they were not providing the allocated spaces just yet although one of flats was subsequently allocated a space. For most of the year it has been okay as there was always a space available, we now have issues with parking and being where we are located and the fact we have 2 young children it’s become a complete nightmare. Okay so updated review, Toby and the team do their best to sort out any issues and currently our parking isn’t an issue for the time being. Thanks guys for being available!
