Everything about our experience with Savills Ealing Estate Agents was first class. Toby looked after us throughout the entire process and he was quite simply the best Estate Agent we have ever dealt with. He really took the time to ensure that we were happy with the property, that the process was relaxed and as finalised as quickly as possible. We were in a position where we needed to move quickly, which in a market with over-priced rent and large deposits, was a little daunting. Toby ensured that we were matched up with an amazing property that we have now been tenants in for the last 3 weeks and we truly cannot thank him enough. Everything worked out perfectly and most importantly, he handled everything for us, which was a huge help with our 2 full time jobs and lack of availability. Toby is extremely professional, he knows the process inside and out, but also really adds that personal and friendly touch to his services. Which is something that not a lot of Estate Agents seem to do. He was in regular contact with us (even on his days off) and constantly kept us reassured that all was going according to plan, even when we hit a few scary hiccups that could have potentially jeopardised the move. We were in the very capable hands of Kealey, who was a delight to work with. From the outset, she was very passionate, confident and enthusiastic about selling our property. Recently bought our flat through Savills Ealing who were great throughout the process. In particular our agent, Kealey, was a delight to work with, showing us several flats and keeping us in the loop when our flat had come to market. Kealey acted as a great go-between ourselves and the sellers, and helped a couple of first-time buyers out immensely with her explanation of the whole process and next steps! There was never any fuss with the arrangement of second viewings, or the bookings of the electricians or surveyors during the purchase. Thanks again for your help Kealey!

From the first phone call to completion Kealey was wonderful, communicative, professional and went above and beyond on a few issues that arose between solicitors and seller. One of best experiences with an estate agent to date. Recently became a tenant in one of their properties in Ealing/Brentford. Katy was extremely professional, understanding of what I was looking for, lovely and not pushy at all (which I had with another estate agent) This made the whole thing very stress free from start to finish. Importantly, in what are difficult times for people I didn't feel I was being played off against other tenants or being encouraged to make offers in a bidding war to over inflate the price when the market had dropped a bit. I was able to meet with a wonderful estate agent called Younus in the process of looking for a new property to rent. Younus was very quick to assess my requirements for the property and found several fitting places all of which were within my budget and exceeded expectations. He was courteous and professional and when I settled on a place to rent his expedience was noteworthy. I was able to see the flat, put in my offer and receive an initial confirmation within the space of 24 hours. Younus was also very transparent with the fees I'd need to pay to Savills and my Landlords, which is a priority for us all without question. A very positive experience.
