He was incredibly communicative and so personable all throughout. To put it into context I got my offer accepted at the end of October, and the work Ferdinand put in to make the exchange happen has been amazing - I couldn't recommend him enough!

GoogleOur house was bought through Savills eight years ago, so when we decided to sell, of course we chose Savills. From the onset we were impressed with Caroline’s expertise, wealth of experience, and network of clients. On the day the marketing photos were being taken, Caroline showed one of her clients the house. They offered the full asking price. The house was sold, we never had to go through the stress of negotiating or showing the house to countless potential buyers. Caroline was phenomenal throughout the process, ensuring everything ran smoothly and making sure there were no delays. Caroline was impressively proactive in progressing the sale, kept us all well informed of developments in what proved (at times) a difficult chain. All carried out in a friendly and incredibly efficient manner. A huge thank you to Caroline Kennaway and her team, Helen MacBrayne and Jody del Mundo for being so supportive, selling our house in record time, and going the extra mile for us.

GoogleWe recently moved to London from Canada and we were extremely pleased with Savills service in securing us a home. Erin Kilpatrick acted as our viewing agent and was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. She did a great job negotiating a lease for us that represented both the interests of our landlord and ourselves. She answered all of our calls and emails without delay. She was always pleasant to deal with. Our property manager Christopher Borges also does a great job. There were many things in the house that we had to learn to use as the appliances and utilities all work slightly differently than back home. He answered our many, many calls and questions with continued patience and showed up at our door on a couple of occasions to help us out. He walked us through setting up the utilities and made sure that we understood how everything worked. We are really pleased with Savills and we really love our new house.

GoogleCaroline and her team were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area and took the time to learn about our house's various bells and whistles. We felt like they were as invested in the sale of our house as we were! They were always considerate of working viewings around nap times and our family's schedule. We got very regular updates which helped smooth any anxiety around our house sale. We would wholeheartedly recommend Caroline and her team.
