Helen Hammond and David Stafford left no stone unturned. The professionalism and the transparency was i must say the best I had come across considering, I entertained 14 estate agents. This goes by far to say savills stood out with the respect which worked for both during a very difficult time of having to sell the family home which had been in our possession for over 50 years . This was a task to be handled with care and care Helen and David showed . The trust was for all to see with no hidden agenda's even during the pandemic it was all systems go, with virtual viewings and physical viewings when permitted . I named a price and savills delivered, if I'm to purchase or sell another property I will only use and I would only recommend savills to others .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

David from Savills did well to keep me in the loop throughout the course of my flat purchase. This was drawn out slightly by a delayed mortgage offer for the vendors but he tried to make this a painless as possible and get completion sorted as soon as he could. A family member recently bought a house marketed by this Savills office and had a similar positive experience. I would definitely consider using them when I consider selling my flat in the future.
