Could not recommend Savills highly enough, in particular Libbi Millett! We first worked with Libbi in Jul/Oct 25, in relation to some other properties. Although we didn't end up offering on those, Libbi really went above and beyond to help us, including organising a builder to come round and price up some extension options. In Jan 26, Libbi got back in touch with us about another property that was perfect for our requirements. We ended up buying that house, and throughout the entire buying process Libbi was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring the sale went through very quickly and smoothly. It was a real pleasure working with her. We have been incredibly impressed by the entire team at Savills, and would recommend them to anyone.

This was against the back drop of a complex economic landscape during which through bad luck we lost out on purchasing two properties. During the process, Mandy was fantastic, always providing astute, commercially sound advice which always had our best interests at heart. We were particularly impressed by how proactive Mandy was throughout, chasing solicitors/estate agents and eventually almost single handedly ensuring we managed to complete before our mortgage offer expired (saving us thousands of pounds in additional interest payments!) How do I put into words what David and the whole team at Savills have done to manage what has been a very complicated and lengthy chain in our house purchase? There is no doubt that it wouldn’t have gone through if not for the tireless and dedicated effort put in by David and his colleagues, managing so many different moving parts and all the different people involved. It has been very clear how the different fee levels charged by estate agents are reflected in the level of detail put into the work, pre-empting many issues, putting out fires, and always being available to answer myriad questions. By way of an update 11/04/23 - we subsequently decided to sell again and used Savills once more. They knocked it out of the park for us, got us a great price considering the market, and navigated a tricky chain perfectly. Just waiting to move in now. Very happy customer Absolutely fantastic experience selling our property through Savills, never pushy and always so keen to understand our needs. Savills found a great buyer within no time at all (after 3 months of another estate agent having no luck) and although we subsequently then decided to pause the selling of our property until we had a larger deposit for our onward house, Savills were totally understanding and we'll 100% pick things back up with David and the team when we're in a better position. David Stafford at Savills sold our flat. We had it on with a different agent beforehand and were very deflated with the service and feedback. Once we switched to Savills David and Mandy were on it straight away and and managed to find us a buyer very quickly. They navigated a tricky conveyancing process with solicitors and tenants but managed to keep everything on track. The buyer wanted to complete early which we would struggle with due to being abroad, and the flat being full of furniture, so David and the team (unbelievably) offered to clear the flat of furniture to make it all happen. Very very impressed and will recommend David and Savills to all my friends.
